1. 30-Day Returns
- We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your package.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items — including earplugs, mouth tape, and sleep masks — cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our support team at support.thesofthaven@gmail.com with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
